• We do not design, alter or edit your files in any way.

• HTV Transfers are printed and have cut lines. They will require weeding by the customer.

• Small text or individual elements DO NOT cut well and are not recommended.

• The print quality will be a direct result of the image quality received. Files should be high resolution with a minimum of 300 dpi.

• Files should be a png with a transparent background or an ORIGINAL svg file. JPEG files are flat and will not have cut lines around them.

• Screen shot images will be declined and the order will be canceled/refunded.

• All custom print purchases are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or reprints for ANY reason.

• You certify that the images uploaded belong to you (the purchaser) and you have permission to use the artwork with Vinyl Cottage as a thire party printer. You agree to assume all liability resulting from trademark infringement.
